How do you know that he is a vrigin?
If he wasn't a virgin he can become one with the grace of God through prayers like that of Credo.
It is difficult, some say impossible, for someone to abstain from sex after loosing their virginity. But with God all things are possible. With this grace celibacy becomes a miracle. A work of God. The person effectively becomes a virgin again.
